Any child is at risk of being sexual abused. It’s important to remember that both boys and girls can be sexually abused.
A child might not understand that what’s happening is abuse or that it’s wrong. It’s important for a parent or teacher to understand what a sexual abuse is . It is scary that it can happen anywhere, anytime and most of the times the abuser is known to the child.
